I had an accident on the 22nd of November 2012 and up to date I am still waiting for the insurance to settle the claim, at first the claim took so long just to deside what is going to happen, now I am going for 3 months and it was passed over to the payment section and they never loaded it for payment. I do not care about their appologies every month I just need to pay my installment. It looks to me that they are trying to delay the proses so much. That by the time when they settle the car there is nothing to settle anymore. Now I must pay the third installment for something that I do not have anymore. The notes that were made by Thabo and Mandla c learly does not mean a lot to the claims department because they were told that the payment wopuld have been made on 22 Feb. I am not happy at all and I want this claim to be settled ASAP. Please take acation
