Delay in claim processing

My vehicle was in November 2012, it was a battle and struggle to get information regarding the claim and this resulted in a delay in the claim, It is the 22nd of January 2012 and my claim has not yet been settled. Every time I phone (twice a day), I'm told that the claim is at management for authorization and the newest excuse is that I will be receiving documents to sign but I a not receiving the documents. Because of the delay I can not by a new car and I am still paying my vehicle at the bank because it is not settled, If the amount is not settled by the 25th I will have to pay another payment on the vehicle.. This is by far the worst service I had to deal with regarding an insurance claim.
