I switched from debit order to cash deposits for my car in January, because i wasn't working and thought it would be better if i just go and pay for the car. Fortunately i never got to the stage where i can't pay as i got a job a week after i cancelled the debit order. I called the finance department and spoke to some guy, asked him to change it back to debit order and make it for the last day of the month. To my surprise, he did not do that, i wasn't debited for Feb. I thought it would be done on the 11th as usual if it didnt update my request on time.

I called wesbank on tuesday and spoke to tshepiso, who checked the system and told me my account was still under cash payments. What was that guy doing? i asked him to change it because it was inconvenient (the only reason i chose that option was because i was worried about my finances) now after going through all that to ensure that my credit rating was not negatively impacted, i have to deal with this just because someone did not attend to my request? Tshepiso said she escalated the call and i will get a call by end of business on wednesday (20/02) it is now friday and no1 has contacted me. Someone please sort this out
