My husband has a Voyager Card. He works outside the country. He has twice requested hard copies of the statement be posted as he cannot open his emailed encrypted statement at work. When he forwards it to me I am also unable to open it. This is a very dangerous situation as he also does not receive sms notification of purchases. So he has no way of knowing what goes through the account unless he goes into a branch on his return to South Africa. Voyager have very strange methods of communication. They are not able to answer you by email. Only by speaking to you on the phone. My husband is unable to receive phone calls at work. Despite this they try to contact him by phone. Is there anyone at Voyager able to help?
