I am a Capitec account holder who was debited twice by Wesbank for R1444, ensuring my bond debit bounces and I am R3000 short. I called the Wesbank call centre and spoke to Moegamat who tried to get me to not speak to the debit order department, then I spoke to Kagiso who refused to assist, telling me instead that there is no management in the call centre (really?!?) and I should call Capitec which i repeatedly told her I had done. So Wesbank can you please tell me why you debited my account twice and now refuse to tell me why and what it was for? I have no Wesbank accounts but my bond is with FNB so please pay attention that my bond has bounced due to the incompetence of the Wesbank staff
