I went into my wife's account this afternoon and discovered that we were billed twice for a car payment, the second one more than the original. SHe tried calling them but they keep on putting the phone down, we are calling from a cell phone and this is not acceptable, this was 3.15 on Friday or do they ignore phone calls then to go home early? We are considering on closing her account at Nedbank and move somewhere else. Our budget is now xxx up as we have debit orders going off on the 25th and that needs to be covered, they should not even try to tell me it is going to take 5 or 7 working days to refund as something is going to bounce and Nedbank will be to blame then I am going to media with this.
