Spoke to Ziphora not being able to afford my monthly premium anymore and wanted to cancel my motor vehicle insurance but she advised me of the reason it was necessary for me to keep the policy. she than had a look at my current policy and premium and was able to adjust my premium to where i am now saving about R200 on my premium which really helps me since my financial situation has change cosiderably. Having extra money always helps in time of need.
