Nedbank is deducting loan amounts on dates not agreed upon and although they informed me it was a error on their side refuse to rectify their mistake. Nedbank is causing my credit record with my bank to be negatively effected and is refusing to take responsibility for their actions. Why is a banking institution like Nedbank allowed to get away with this kind of service and unethical behaviour?
