One would think that banking with Nedbank for many years that you would receive some kind of service from them. No way! I wanted to apply for a loan to quickly get rid of some liabilities. At Nedbank Mall@Reds this Lindiwe/Linda guy tells me that I have a bad credit record and need to check with Transunion. I check with Transunion and my record is CLEAN! Turns out Nedbank SYSTEMS ARE BUGGY AND INCORRECTLY DETERMINE YOUR CREDIT SCORE, so be careful when working with them. How can he just tell people they have a bad credit record and not even check their own systems first. Eventually they fix it and sure enough I get a interest rate of 28%!!! That's double most credit cards charge! They try and get hold of any of the 7 SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATORS for personal loans and guess what - not EVEN one answers their phone! I tell this Lindiwe/Linda guy to phone me once they sort it out and decide to go to FNB right across from Nedbank... 20 minutes later loan approved at prime at FNB! I DON"T EVEN BANK WITH FNB!!! WELL DONE FNB!!! NEDBANK... don't worry, you'll soon notice my salary won't be going to your account anymore. Bye bye
