This is now the second time that nedbank unlawfully debit my personal account with out my permission and on wrong date. It happened in june 2012 and again today, When i called them the first time i was told "IT WAS A MANAGEMENT DECITION" when I aske to speat to the manager i was placed on hold for 25 minute before I put phone down. When I called the second time i was told it was a system error, when i told them this cannot be true and it happened before they want to check this and also found THAT IT DID HAPPENED BEFORE. What i need to know is WHO GAVE NEDBANK THE RIGHT TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE WRONG DATE AND THEN TELL THEIR CALL CENTRE TO TELL IF A CUSTOMER PHONES IN,
THIS IS UNLAWFULLY AND I THINK THAT NEDBANK GOT AWAY TO MANY TIMES WITH THIS AND SOMEBODY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.Well the only thing I can do now is cancelling the debit and LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH BANKING OMBUDSMAN.
