This is the 2nd time that it happened, and two times to many. According to my contracts the debit order date is the same as my salary paydate, but you tried friday 22/02/2013 for the second time to debit my account after my contract stated clearly 25 th of each month. After several phone calls and incompetent call centre agents, i `ve mannaged to reach Linda who gladly assist after the first mess up in september 2012. The same happened again and i`m not prepared to go the route again.
I WANT ALL FEES TO BE REVERSED AND A LETTER THAT HAS BEEN SEND TO MY BANK TO CLEAN MY NAME AS I`M NOW CLASSIFIED AS A BAD CLIENT DUE TO NEDBANK TRYING TO COLLECT DEBIT ORDER ON THEIR OWN TIME.
HOPE SOME ONE WILL TAKE THIS UP SERIOUSLY, AS I`M NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH NEDBANK.
