Unauthorised transactions

I sent a letter of dispute to fnb in November 2012 for the reversal of unauthorised transactions and have never signed for it, I have waited for more than 3 weeks for my money. I went to several times fnb to find out about the reversal on my money and they told me that the mechanist have the supporting documents for the transaction. I asked them to provide me with the documents but no one could help me till today, and I have made several calls asking for these documents.
I need this account to closed immediately before even more unauthorised transactions are allowed to go through on this account at my expense. I need someone to deal with this urgently.
