Can someone PLEASE help me???

I tried to apply for a Boodle loan on Monday from my i-Pad, but the application got stuck. I then tried to re-apply on my home PC, but got an error message advising that there is a " technical problem" with the website. I called the call centre, and spoke to a VERY unhelpful person, who told me to e-mail them, and my query will be sorted out within 3 days. I e-mailed my query, and received a response with a link to complete the application yesterday. When I click on the link to try and complete the application, I get THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. I am EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED now. I can't complete the existing application, and can't start a new application either. 3 days and counting for what should have been an INSTANT LOAN APPLICATION... this is VERY DISAPPOINTING.. I need the money urgently to pay the panel beaters for repairs done to my car, and I can't take delivery of my car before I have paid the amount in full. PLEASE can someone call me urgently to help me???
