Poor service delivery

I recently resigned frommy company the connection group early this year in february, i was told by my employer to contact forbes with regards to my retirement claim, which i did, not knowing it was a begining of a nightmare.there was a mistake made by my employer with regards to my name and surname, i contacted forbes about it, i was told to fax a bank statement and id copy, which i did on the 7th of april, i phoned forbes the ff day jus to confirm if they recieved it, they did.

i was told by Alicia who works at call centre that it should'nt take more than 10 to 14 days once the admin verifies the bank details, well its close to a month now, still no response from forbes, even a phone call, considering how many times i have called them.we can only wonder why companies invest with them.
