You disappointed me FNB

I have been complimenting FNB and trusted that I will have a long way to go with them, but wait!! I have used eWallet in the past and it worked, today I wanted to use it and it tells me I reached the Limit but i have enough funds, the call centre tells me it is because i change my pattern?? What pattern? Is that suppose to affect me? I failed to pay my people today bcoz of that stupid "pattern change thing"!! Now - Petrol card! I moved my petrol card from 1 bank to FNB hoping that i will get great service..guess what? I cannot load funds to the petrol card i am provided with as this one works off my Cheque account? What? Why that? I need to load funds at the beginning of the month to my petrol card and once finished, IT WILL BE FINISHED, NO LINK TO MY PERSONAL CARD!! That also is impossible, I regret leaving my old bank. But I have freedom and will go speak to my old bank tomorrow. Your staff is competent but your systems, I can't take this and will go where servcies and systems is paramount for me.
