Failure to help customers

I have recently had endless poor service from Standard Bank. Firstly, my credit card (which I had been charged for) was shredded. I have not received my uCount rewards card (which I applied for in June and have been paying for every month). My account was recently frozen as the consultants at the Chatsworth Centre branch refused to update my new change in address details (most unhelpful branch ever). And so now I have decided to change banks and move all my funds. However I was not informed that the initial deposit for a 32day account (the R250) must also be given 32 days notice. This could have been told to me at the Hayfields branch a month earlier when I told them I wanted all my money out as I was closing my account but I wasn't informed. So I now have to pay another months bank charges to close an account with a bank thats not only deceitful but unhelpful. I have been a Standard bank customer for almost 15 years. Its disgusting that my loyalty to this bank has been constantly rewarded with unhelpful employees. I sincerely hope this bank improves its customer care policy before it drives away whatever customers it has left.
