Hail in September still not sorted out!

Firstly I could not get in contact with ABSA so I sent them an e-mail for assistance! I called the telephone number I was given by e-mail and I got a message stating "this line does not exist".
I went home early on Monday as an assessor was supposed to be there! The lady that works for me does not open the door to anyone without my consent, yet she said no one went there!
On Tuesday 14.01, someone was appointed to give me a quote yet you have not even had the common courtesy of forwarding such to me?
Finally an assessor assessed my damages and now I get a call stating that you want to appoint another assessor. I called the assessor that came to my house and he stated that he had forwarded the assessment to ABSA!
Your service is really bad! Parts of my ceiling are falling (Once during the night where my daughter caught a fright) It is leaking in my house and I will be getting my own service providers to do the required work and hand you the bill!
I am also ready to write to the Consumer council and go to the Insurance ombudsman as this is "shoddy at it utmost"!
I have been "OVER PATIENT"
