I refer to my complaint 14 January. This matter has still not been addressed. I had to constantly phone for an assessor to come out to my house. Eventually on 21 Jan the assessor arrived. To date I have have no feedback from Absa regarding my claim. Is a collapsed ceiling not an emergency. My tiles on the roof can be removed and entry to my house is easily accessible. I tried calling Absa on Friday and all the voice mail says it that the consultants are currently busy and the client can leave a message. I called about 20 times without any luck. I am desperate to get my ceiling repaired as I am concerned about the safety of my family. Can someone at Absa please please sort this out.
