Dear ABSA management. I tried new internet system and it is horrible. It may look nice but takes twice as long to process transactions and could drive me back to issuing cheques. Then you probably had version upgrade this weekend as since last night i am unable to do more than 3 transactions and session closed. Not timing out due to taking long bt actually closing while busy in transaction. It takes twice as lone to get thru all that needs doing. I work in ABSA, FNB and SBSA internetbanking and never encountered such poor system as now. Th eold version was great and fast. Easier to get around and no closing oif sessions without reason. even the timeout timing does not work. Then when I spoke to a consultant tonight to report issue i was told log a message online and taht came back saying sorry not available.
