NEW INTERNET BANK SITE DISASTER

The new absa internet bank site keeps on logging off automatically even when busy with transactions. the new site is a disaster, so i still use the previous site because i can't stay long enough on the new site to create new groups before logging off automatically. i have to pay my employees every friday and every single friday it takes a couple of hours to get that done - because i can't use the group facility. when i get to the last employee the system has logged off automatically!!! it is beyond pathetic - i spoke to the call centre agent (again!!!) this morning, who confirmed that there is problems with the system but Absa doesn't know how long it will take before the system problems would be sorted out! in the meantime i have to pay bankcharges for something that i am not getting!!!
i have moved all my personal and business accounts to other banks - except for this account where salaries are paid from - but if Absa doesn't deliver soon, i am moving this account also. i don't have time to waste on bank sites that is suppose to work but doesn't!
