I like to think myself as IT savvy... but when I recently tried to reset my password online with no success after waiting for OTP passwords to come through (still waiting 15 min later and the browser session has timed out)... and pages going blank on [URL Removed] I thought Id give the call center a buzz to see if they could sort it out...

While on hold, I hear on the the gastly, obligatory hold music that, should you need to be walked through the process telephonically your account would be debited with R50?!?!?

I didnt require that service (even though now 25 min later and a hard reboot of my phone and my service provider being blamed for the delay of my OTP) but... no no seriously?!?!?

What about our moms & grandparents who are not au fait with how this whole internet thing works?
You scrooges just smack them with R50 for your precious time??

What about all the time I spend queuing at your branches (2 hours @ fourways yesterday to activate an account)

Maybe I should end you an invoice for (my time) for the time you waste if you are going to be that petty.
