Unable to reset my password

I logged a call REF :1-271 507 661 im unable to reset my password since last week friday its more than turn around time of 48hrs and the consulstant are just putting me on hold for more than 15min..it s very frustrating as im paying for the service and also paying for all the calls im making and still no assistance .im very dissappointed. No responce from the supervisors as im advised that they will call me with a solution
