Misleading customers telephonically, taking payment without signing any contract or documents being sent via post. I made four phone calls to the call centre 1st time the person who answered couldn't evens assist me she then putt me through to someone else who then putt the phone down while i was talking to him. It seems to me not one of there call centre agents knows the policy of the company witch i think is not fair to any client who has policy's with them. I am expecting feed back as i cancelled my policy and was told someone would get back to asap.
