On the 25 of last month they double deducted from my account i phone them on the 26 of july to rectifie this promisis was made that they will putt the money back in my account. a week after the incident i had to phone them back as i got no feed back again they said yhey will rectify the mistake and putt the money back in my acount and i will recieve feedback from thier teamleader.today i had to phone them again and its the same story all over again . i dont get any feed back on my problem the always full of excuses sinse the start of my contract ive just had bad experiance with cell c and i will not refer any one to them. im stil batteling with a network problem between six and ten att nite which they still havent tried to resolve i feel that cell c is ripping me off
