I went to Mac Banana's to play putt putt with my girlfriend. I paid the amount of R100 with my credit card, I received the usual sms from my bank stating the deduction was made but their machine said it had been declined. The manager Mark came and typed in a few numbers into the card machine and said the money will be reversed and he wanted to swipe my card again for another transaction! I then said I would rather not play putt putt but leave with a reimbursement of my R100. He guaranteed my R100 would be back in my account within 2 hours but if it hadn't been refunded I should call him. I called the landline several times where a not so educated person kept telling me "Mark is not around the phone", then I tried his cellphone 6 times throughout the day and no answer. This Manager is avoiding me and without communication I cannot receive my refund! This is pure in my eyes an this should not be handled like this within a business!!!
