Someone called me to offer me a small Life Insurance policy from First for Women. I accepted over the phone and was told I would receive the documents via email or post. The policy activated in October or November so I waited till then (a couple of months after the call) to see if my documents would arrive - it is now January and they have not! I have been emailing the Life Insurance department since the first debit order but the emails bounce back every time! I have been requesting since the first month's debit order to cancel the policy as I had spoken to my husband and he informed me that it wasn't a good deal. Nevertheless, First for Women has been deducting money from my account every month when I have repeatedly asked them not to. I even tried to call and was passed from one person to the next. Can some decent person at First for Women please get back to me and cancel the stupid policy! I don't even have a policy number to use as a reference as I never received documents - yet you take money off my account every month. I want every month's deductions to be refunded as I think it's disgusting that I have to resort to Hello Peter in order to get hold of you to cancel!!
