I requested cancellation of my policy effective 31st December as I was not satisfied with the level of service from their call centre. I have just spoken to their call centre now and they can not assist me with a road side emergency because according to their records my policy was cancelled yesterday. Once again I can not reach anyone to assist. I have called their call centre three times this morning and all I get is "hold on for the relevant department" followed by on hold music until I I hang up. I made the right decision - I can't wait for 1st January to commence the relationship with my new insurance company
