I filled in the online form to be contacted on the 22 March.
I have up to now not heard anything from them.
I also at the same time contacted ABSA, they phoned me within an hour or two.
I have no account with ABSA, but it looks like they still provide stunning service. Something I can not say about FNB.
You are just not giving me any reason to switch over my accounts to you FNB, in fact I am really thinking about moving what I have with you away due to the lack of service I receive on a constant basis.
I really needed your assistance with getting a cash passport, but I guess I will now go to ABSA who is more than willing to help even if I am, not a current client.
