After nearly a month of back and forth trying to get a homeloan application sorted out, FNB still cant manage to get their ducks in a row. Between dragging their heels, (apparently) illegible documentation and just never getting back to us with ANY feeback this process has dragged on for too long. ABSA manged to get back with the provisional offers in half the time on the same documentation that FNB apparently cant read. What utter nonsense, that is simply unacceptable in terms of customer service!!! Moreso for sitting on this issue for a week without any feedback or response!
