I applied for a homeloan through a bong originator over a month ago. After submitting therelevant paperwork and waiting for an outcome, FNB cam back with a 100% loan quotation. As the quote didn't contain any other info, we requested an update quote with interest rate ect. to be reflected on it. After waiting for a month for feedback the response from FNB is that they will only grant me 95% homeloan amount. Apparently the initial quote for 100% bond was a "technical error". As an FNB client I was very shocked at the way my application had been handled! Even more shocked at the feedback received around the supposed "technical error". APALLING! Clearly FNB processes are not as client focused as they claim them to be! I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the treatment I received from FNB wrt my homeloan application!
