For the past two weeks I have tried to get answers from standard bank Home loans regarding pre-payments into my home loan with absolute no success! Not one of the stories from several call centre agents are the same and I am sent from one department to the next and back and forth. If calls are recorded as they say who listens to it? The incompetence is astonishing! I have been patient and calm but I think it ends now. Think twice about where you bank your money.
