My card got, FNB was very helpful, thumbs up fot that, got an SMS my new card is ready for collection at Three Rivers branch, last week Thursday I was in Three Rivers for business, thought I'd pop by and collect it, but there was like 8 people in the collection line with one person helping so I figured this looks like an all day story, I'll come back another day. Today I was in the area again, but I didn't have my ID with me, only my expired license, and the lady refused to help me, I know secuirty and all, but surely she can ask me some security questions or something? Anyway, for a bank that's suppose to be a leader in the industry, it's quite sad that Capitec has a finger print system used for identification and FNB not, I always have my fingers with me. As I won't be in Three Rivers soon, and it's impossible for me to drive there and collect my card in lunch hour, as it's only an hour and past experince has taught me you need more than that, I'd like if you can have my card transferred to the Vereeniging one, NOT the one in Voortrekker, the one on the corner of Beaconsfield and Lesley street, that's just around the corner from where I work.
