Disgusted about level of service

I applied for both my Credit Card and Petrol Card at the same time and asked for it to be delivered at the Lifestyle Centre as this is the closest to my house. I received 2 SMS'e on 8/11/13 and 05/11/13 that my cards (Credit Card) is ready for collection. On Saturday 16/11/13 I stood for more than AN HOUR in the que waiting as there was only ONE PERSON who could help!!! When it was my turn I only received my Petrol Card and when asking where my other card is the lady just said she doesn't know. Trying to explain to this lady that this is the poorest service ever, standing in a que for more than an hour, my cards are not ready!! WHAT THE!!! Where is FNB's SERVICE? Aren't you suppose to be the best bank in the country?? What happend to your standards? When telling the lady after a frustrating hour and a half almost to deliver this at my house as you are waisting my time and money, she said I must direct the people. REALLY, IS THERE NO RECORD OF MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS ON YOUR SYSTEM? What must we do for service, move the country's worst bank??? I have been a loyal client for more than 5 years and well this was the last from FNB.
