I had called to order a replacement credit card. When speaking to the agent, i specifically mentioned that I wanted the card sent to the Middleburg mall. Received an SMS saying my card was ready for collection, only to find it was sent to the other branch. The next day, I visited the other branch to collect my card, waited for an hour only to find the incorrect name was embossed on the card.
This is uncharacteristically sloppy service from a bank I have come to expect more don.
