I have a joint home loan acc with Standard. I m currently paying my monthly instalments as due but due illness I lost my partner I adviced the bank verbally and via written instruction. But to my dismay the same bank that committes to helping and providing excellent service standards they failed to give me response. According to the CPA I know that if my partner is no more as my instalment include insurance there should be a chg taking place on the instalment that I'm paying was also adviced by a consultant @ simmonds. But for some reason the bank is not willing to committe. Banks shoud operater fairly and honest in their dealings with clients but we don't see that with STD bank. Pls give me feedback in my preferred language Zulu if u care like u claim to. Should this not be done the Ombusman will be adviced
