Paying more than I should & receiving bad service

My Standard Bank home loan papers state that my monthly instalments are R4019, 31. When the 1st debit order (R4122, 87) was deducted I knew it was more than I should pay. I called the home loan division and told them my story and afterwards I emailed them my instalment papers so that they can see I'm paying more than agreed. I got a reference nr and they told me that they will give me feedback in 3 days. More than a week past without hearing anything, so I called them again, gave my ref nr and explained the whole story again. They told me they never launched the complaint (WHAT?!). Afterwards I mailed them again and forwarded all the previous mails to them. The only reply I got was that the R4122, 87 is my instalment and they didn't answer any of my questions. I have to pay R4019, 31 R51 (service fee)= R4070, 31 so I'm paying R52, 56 more per month. The 2nd debit order was the same and no one is giving me answers and eventually I'm gonna over pay by R12612, 40 which is unacceptable.

I tried to apply for a lower interest rate but they told me I should've done it before the bond was registered, but before it was registered they told me to come in after registration. They misled me.
