I am really upset or should I say disappointed. I applied for first time home loan at standard bank and I was approved 90% because I don't bank with them. I applied again at Ned bank and the same they gave me 90%.
Well after all that I went to my bank which is obviously FNB . I was declined immediately because of a score rating. Well this is really disappointing that I find other banks approve me and the bank I am currently with declined me.
And to top it all off I asked the home loan consultant what do you want me to do if i pay all my account on a regular basic I never miss any payments I am not listed on ITC hence the other bank approvals he said " just do what you are doing which is pay your account and your scoring will improve hahahaha FNB your system.
I believe everything happens for a reason but if other banks are willing to give you 90% and the reason is I don't bank with them I understand but going to your bank and they decline your app not even offering you anything is really disappointing!!!
FNB is quickly to call you and say what a valuable customer you are and offer insurance but they can't do
