Judgment placed on wrong client

There was a message left on my work number today. The message read as follow.

"This message is for Mr. Vernon Scheepers. Please call Modiegi on 011 878 3703 regarding a judgment we are taking against you on your ABSA vehicle finance"

I called the number and the lady told me that she is working for Hammond Pole Attorneys and that I financed a Nissan Almera through ABSA. I explained that I never applied for Vehicle finance with ABSA. She gave me details that the vehicle is financed on a company name Recking Crew Promotions CC. The company registration number is CK 2003 / 041331 / 23.

I traced the information to a Mr. Denver Apollus.
My identity number is exactly the same and only the last digit is different. I tried to apply for a loan application late last year which was declined. All 3 applications declined and I was told that it was due to my track record which I did not understand. I thought they referred to me not banking with ABSA

I normally look at my Credit report, however when I type in Mr. Apollus Identity number my name now appears on his profile.
