EBUCKS... EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET A CARD

I opened an account with FNB more than 2 months ago. On the day of me opening my account I requested a Ebucks card. They said about 2-3 weeks for delivery. 4 weeks later after waiting almost an hour, I was told that one was never ordered for me... I then again requested them to order me one, once again got told 2-3 weeks, I said great, knowing I would at least get it before I went on holiday so that I could get to use it and earn Ebucks. Well, that did not happen. I got back on 4 Jan, I called FNB again, they said they sent it out on the 13th of December 2012, It is the 11th of JAN 2013, STILL NO CARD. I called in 2 days ago, well after being pushed pillar to post I eventually hung up. I then sent in an email request for someone to call me back, no surprise... NO CALL back... I called now, she repeated the sent on the 13th of Dec story, I said well, 1 month later and still no card, then she asked me if she can RE-ORDER 1, I am not prepared to order FOR THE THIRD time... I have LOST MANY Ebucks points by now and VERY ANNOYED WITH the incompetent STAFF that keep promising me that I will get my card... Nevermind my CREDIT card that I have till date NOT RECEIVED. NOT IMPRESSED.
