When I opened my FNB savings account I was told Sorry you don't qualify for ebucks, then when I converted to my cheque account I get told that all I need to do is swipe my cheque card and I will get points. I then call the call centre only to be told that I need to swipe an ebucks card to get points and that a card was posted to me when I opened my savings account in 2009 which I never got. I still have not received the ebucks card that I asked for. The first time I called which was over a month ago they advised me that there is a problem with my ebucks and will send a query which to date I have not got an answer about. The second time I called which is about 3 weeks now they sent another query and still no feedback. YOU have lost me a lot of benefits.
