Debit order Switching

Hello Peter

LAst year in October I received a call from the FNB agent, selling this wonderfull product to me and It wasnt for the 1st time I heard about, but i chose to trust FNB. what a night mare I opened for my self, I was so frustrated for the past few months, but my concern right now is, according to the information I received and the advert on radio, I will not pay any bank charges for the first 3 months while my accounts were being switched. Before any account was swiched, the debit went on, I queried with someone but because everything with FNB was a query with me, I cant remember their name. I really would like to be refunded the R97 for 3 months as it wasnt supposed to be debited.
I have 2 funeral policies that I took more than 10yrs ago with FNB and all of a sudden they cant trace them and that caused me to be in arears. So now when I called, they could only trace 1 but the debit has been out for both the policies for over 10yrs. I would like you to help me with the policies, to ensure that Im not in arrears due to the FNB staff's incompetence.
