I have never been this disappointed

I purchased a vehicle in 2009 through absa bank, paying R5500 per month; i started experiencing financial problems. So i made arrangement with absa collection department in Newcastle that they take the car back and sell it, and i will pay the difference they agreed. I took the car to them as agreed on the 22 of January 2013; Solly Moloi took the vehicle and Sign papers.
On the 28 of January 2013 Mr William Smith from Pretoria called me offering me the option of paying the outstanding instalment of two months which was R 12000 so that he would restructure the instalment to R 3500 per month; I agreed and paid the 12000.
After receiving the proof of payment he handed me over to Ashely Hills who asked for the proof of payment, insurance, ID and Driving licence. And promised that somebody will call from absa to discuss the new terms and conditions of the new contract. And that they will deliver the car back to me, As soon as possible.
To date am still waiting for my car, and the new contract. Ashley keep on saying he will come back to me they are attending the issue.
