Ad service incompetence and derogatory

I applied for a furniture loan, which was granted by the bank. At the time of signature of contract I decided to rather apply for a personal loan on advice from a African Bank consultant who informed me that I qualify for R96, 000. I did not expect any holdups as my credentials were all checked with the first application. I was astonished by the fact that African Bank head office had no knowledge of my application, 5 day after i handed in all documents they requested. The next day I visited the bank to ask Cindy the consultant handling my application where my application is at the moment. She phoned head office and handed me the phone to speak to them. Again they informed me that they have no knowledge of that. I got really frustrated and ask Cindy what was happening. I asked her if there was a undertone in my application. She denied it and at that point her fianc? who was present at the branch, waiting for Cindy (he is not an African bank empl) jumped up and insulted and threatened me. My little girl got really scared and started crying. That afternoon at 4 head office only received my application. It was immediately rejected without explanation. Why now and not the first 1
