On 16/07/2013 I went to African Bank Soshanguve plaza branch to apply for a loan, was pre-approved and signed all the necessary documents, I was not updated on anything since then, on 24/07/2013 I went to the branch and was told the person who was assisting me is on leave, to my surprise I was told they could not find anyone at work when they called, the money I was asking for was now reduced and now had some one new to assist me so new documents were made and he promised all will be well, well that's what I thought, its worse!! Everytime I go to the branch I get someone new and told that the previous person is off duty or on leave or they called and found no one, Everytime I get here I see three people working here, why is it that a bank branch has only three people? Why is it that I am told stupid stories all the time, today (30/07/2013) I came asking for my payslip to go try get a loan else where... Their story is '' head office is working on your file'' now that I want to cancel and move on I'm told about head office! This branch is useless!!!
