What disappointment to be part of Standard Bank. I have had nothing but trouble since day one. They keep on promising the best service. Just spent total of 55 minutes on the line with the technical department. Just to be told are you sure nobody explained to you? If you receive a manual card kit with your credit card machine it clearly indicates when needed you can do a manual transaction. With standard Bank being down that is just what I did. Only to hear after 55 minutes sorry Standard Bank does not allow manual transactions? Who is going to pay the money I have lost today? Absolutely shocking. And yes I do have the option on the card machine it's just not activated. You explain this to a business owner?
