On the 19/02/2013 I received and sms from AIP services @ ABSA stating they have no proof of insurance and that they will increase my installment by R1854.55 if no proof is received. I then immediately sent proof of insurance from Alexander forbes, which we activated before we even drove out of the dealership when we bought the car.
I even got a read receipt from them. But my installment was still increased when the dbit order went off this month.
This is totally unacceptible. I have been trying to call but no one seems to be able to direct me to the right department. What do I have to do to get this sorted out and get a refund from you?
