Conflicting info, Please help

Hi there, can someone in legal get back to me please, I know i am currently in arrears, but I've submitted various various payment plans and you have rejected them all, I have made partail payment since and was also willing to let the company i work for pay the balance directly to you instead of to me, which you also rejected. now you send a repo man who is extreamly rude while I remain polite to collect the car. When I askied him about the notices that has to be send to before the time he says it has been done but there is no proof has been supplied and now I'm being harrased after a person in your legal department has informed me that I'm am still within my rights to keep the car and make the arrangement. now the repo guy says both I and wesbank is wrong and he will proof it. Can someone from legal please contact me as I am not getting answers, everybody has a defferant opinion. I am trying to sort this out, I have enough money coming in to settle the arrears, my sitsuation is recovering so I can once again afford the monthly installment. PLEASE, lets sort this out ASAP!!!
