This is the second time that this has happened. I'm apparently "in arrears" so i send proof of payment to show i HAVE PAID, the nice lady apologised and said shell sort it out, and still i keep getting smses that I'm in arrears. sort this out or I WILL take legal action. do not phone me on my cell nr either, you have my work n
