They want to repo -i made arrangements and honourd

I am sickened to my stomach by the manner in which PORTIA MAFORA from Toyota Finance company has me over with her filthy disgusting!!!

I am behind with my car repayments as I have been unemployed for a couple of months. I PHONED Portia who is apparently responsible for my account at Toyota Finance Company mid March to tell the that i started work on the 7th march. My repayments per month are R4500. I promised to pay R8000 per month until I don't have any arrears. SHE AGREED, I transferred the R8 000 which reached them by the 28th April.

THIS TUESDAY the 09 April, a Repo man phones me asking the whereabouts of car. I told him that there is obviously a misunderstanding because I made an arrangement!!
When I phoned Portia minutes after I spoke to this MR MARE, Portia says yes they received the payment of R8 000 but I am still R2000 over the 3 months arrears. so she refuses to tell Mare to back off. I told her that I will raise the R2000 and pay before Saturday so that we can then revert back to the payment arrangement of R8 000. She is now changing her story, she wants the whole amount of R16 000 before 15th april.

Please help that's my only car.i'll lose my job.
