A day before I discovered a water connection leak, I had and cleaned out my bath tub and resealed with silicon. It looked like a brand new bathroom. I called Home Assistance number to report a leaking water connection. Dial direct was brilliant tin getting someone out promptly. The outsourced company arrived at my home 30 minutes later than their agreed stipulated time. It took them literarily 3 minutes to tighten the leaking pipe and was about to leave when I arrived home. They told me the it was a loose connection and is sorted. When they left, I went to clean up the dirt stains on the tub that they made. I saw that the one stain was in fact a dent that had chipped the tub. I immediately called home assistance who told me to call the plumbers which I did and the call centre person said he will escalate to his line manager. I called 2 more times and it seems I am forgotten as I was last told another assessor will come out to check the tub damages. Please can someone from Dial Direct assist me to ensure the plumbers take responsibility for damaging my tub?
